About Mind Your Mind

Mind Your Mind is built on a simple but powerful idea:
lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder or managing symptoms.

It comes from understanding how the mind is responding — and rewiring that response at the root.

Many people appear to be functioning well on the outside, yet internally something isn’t working the way they want it to. They may feel stuck in familiar patterns, driven by pressure, or unable to fully enjoy what they’ve built.

Insight and effort alone are often not enough.

The work at Mind Your Mind focuses on identifying the patterns shaping those responses beneath the surface and updating them so the mind begins responding differently by design.

When that shift happens, thinking becomes clearer, emotional reactions soften, and behaviour begins to change naturally.

Mind Your Mind supports people who want real change — greater freedom, clearer thinking, and higher performance.

Sessions are offered online and in person.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding why people can feel held back by patterns that don’t reflect who they really are.

Early in my career, while studying how the mind works, I realised that insight alone rarely creates lasting change. Real change happens when the patterns underneath are updated. These are the automatic responses the mind develops over time.

When I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy®, I experienced the work for myself. What struck me was how quickly and precisely it addressed the root cause of an issue. It wasn’t about managing symptoms. It was about changing the response itself.

That understanding changed everything.

I knew what hesitation felt like. Second-guessing. Holding back. Overthinking. Learning how to retrain the mind’s protective patterns was transformative.

It wasn’t about pushing harder. It was about rewiring the response.

In 2022, I qualified as a Rapid Transformational Therapy® Practitioner. In 2025, I became a Certified Hypnotherapist (C.Hyp), further strengthening the clinical foundations of my work.

Today, I work with professionals and business owners who want to understand what’s driving their responses and rewire how the mind responds.

The work begins by understanding what the mind has learned — and updating the response.

Change at the Root

Rather than managing symptoms, the work focuses on uncovering what’s actually driving the pattern. When the mind understands why a response exists, it becomes possible to change it.

Working with the Mind

Together we'll uncover the beliefs shaping your emotions and behaviours so your mind can begin responding in a way that supports you.
