1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking a discovery consultation, purchasing a session, or engaging in services provided by Mind Your Mind, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or engage in services.

2. Nature of Services

Mind Your Mind provides Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), hypnotherapy, and related coaching services. Michelle Domenghini C.Hyp, RTTP® is a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy® Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist. She is not a registered medical practitioner, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed health provider. RTT® is a complementary therapeutic approach and does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

3. Eligibility

Services are not suitable for individuals experiencing psychosis, schizophrenia, certain personality disorders, or severe psychiatric conditions. Mind Your Mind reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where appropriate.

4. Outcomes

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is designed to support meaningful personal change. However, the depth and complexity of each issue varies. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on individual engagement and circumstances.

5. Booking & Payment

Payment secures your scheduled session time. Sessions require 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations may be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply. Refunds are not provided once a session has commenced.

6. Personalised Recordings & Intellectual Property

Personalised audio recordings remain the intellectual property of Michelle Domenghini trading as Mind Your Mind. Recordings are licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions is treated as confidential, except where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm, suspected abuse of a vulnerable person, or disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Mind Your Mind shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in services.
