You want something different.
You’re ready.
You just need the right tool.

This work identifies what’s driving the issue and changes how your mind responds.

When the response changes, everything built on it changes too.

Individual Work

This work is designed for people who are ready to change something that isn’t working as well as it could, or who want to step more fully into the level they already know they’re capable of.

Often the issue itself is already clear — confidence, sleep, stress responses, habits that don’t shift, overthinking, performance blocks, or a pattern that keeps returning even when you’re doing the “right” things. Sometimes it simply shows up as a sense that something internal is getting in the way.

What’s less obvious is what’s driving the response underneath it.

Rather than working only at the level of behaviour or strategy, we identify where the pattern formed, update the meaning attached to it, and retrain how your mind responds. As the response changes, the issue that once required effort to manage often begins to resolve more naturally.

Many people arrive having already tried insight, mindset strategies, or pushing through with effort. This approach allows us to work directly with the response pattern itself — creating change that feels clearer, more stable, and aligned with what you want to achieve.

The aim isn’t simply to understand the issue better. It’s to change what’s been driving it — so you can think, feel, and respond differently in a way that lasts.

This is for you if…

  • You’re getting through life using effort, control, or willpower — and it’s draining

  • You’re doing the “right things” but not getting the results you want

  • You feel constant tension in your body or a harsh inner voice that won’t switch off

  • You function well on the outside, but it feels like you’re holding everything together

  • You’re managing yourself rather than moving through life with ease

  • It’s not a lack of motivation — something deeper is driving it

  • You’ve tried to override it, but it keeps coming back

  • You’re ready to understand what’s actually going on and change it properly

  • You want to think, feel, and act differently — without forcing it

  • You want clarity, confidence, and momentum that actually lasts

The aim isn’t to manage it better.
It’s to change what’s been driving it.

Areas this supports

People come to this work because they want something to change — or because they want to get where they’re going faster and more effectively. Whether the focus is health, emotional wellbeing, or performance, this work supports meaningful change in how you think, feel, act, and show up.

Confidence and self belief icon

Confidence &
Imposter Syndrome

It can sound like: “I know I’m capable, but I still doubt myself,” or “I second-guess everything.”
This work shifts the underlying response so confidence feels steadier and more natural.

Anxiety and overthinking icon

Overthinking, Worry & Anxiety

It can feel like: “My mind won’t switch off,” or “I keep going over things again and again.”
This work helps settle those responses at the root so the mind becomes quieter and easier to manage.

Sleep and switching off icon

Sleep & Switching Off

Difficulty falling asleep or waking wired in the night quickly affects mood and performance. By shifting the underlying patterns, rest improves and energy returns.

Habits and coping patterns icon

Habits, Dependencies & Coping Patterns

It can feel like: “I keep doing the same things even when I know better.”
This work shifts the responses driving those behaviours so change feels more natural and consistent.

Stress and burnout icon

Stress, Burnout & Overload

It can feel like: “I’m constantly on,” or “I’m running on empty but can’t slow down.”
This work helps reset those responses so energy returns and things begin to feel more manageable.

Stress and burnout icon

Relationship with Food

Patterns around food are rarely about food itself.
This work focuses on shifting the underlying response so choices feel steadier and less driven by habit.

Phobias and limiting fears icon

Phobias & Limiting Fears

It can feel like: “I know it’s irrational but my body still reacts.”
This work helps those responses switch off so situations feel calmer and easier to handle.

Performance and growth icon

Performance, Growth & Momentum

It can feel like: “I know I’m capable of more but something’s holding me back.”
This work helps optimise how your mind responds so action becomes easier and momentum builds.

The Process

This work is tailored to you, but the structure is simple.

We begin by understanding what is driving the issue, then work directly with the pattern at the root. From there we create new patterns by rewiring how the mind responds. Support is provided throughout so the change holds beyond the session.

  • We begin with a conversation to understand what’s brought you here, how it shows up in your day-to-day life, and what you’d like to be different. We explore what the issue is costing you now, and what life would look like without it.

This consultation is about clarity — identifying priorities, defining what success looks like, and establishing a clear baseline so progress can be meaningfully reviewed as the work unfolds.

You’ll also receive a complimentary relaxation recording to help your mind become familiar with the process and feel more at ease ahead of the RTT session.

  • The RTT session is a guided, collaborative process designed to uncover what’s driving the issue you’re working on and update how your mind responds. Sessions are held either in person in Upper Hutt or online.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and we work together in a focused way to address one issue at a time so the process stays clear and effective. Many people are surprised by how natural the experience feels, particularly once they realise they’re not “going under” or losing control.

If you’re new to hypnosis or curious about what it’s like, you can learn more about RTT here.

    What is RTT?

  • After the session, you’ll listen to your personalised transformational recording for the following 21 days. This is a key part of the process. The mind learns through repetition, and listening to the recording supports the creation of new neural pathways — reinforcing the updated way your mind now responds.

This integration phase contributes significantly to the overall results, helping the change become familiar, stable, and sustainable.

During this time, I check in with you to track progress and answer any questions. At the end of the 21 days, we meet again to review what’s worked well, identify anything that still needs attention, and decide on the best way forward.
