HOW THIS WORK IS STRUCTURED

This process follows a clear structure while remaining tailored to the individual. 

We begin with a brief initial call to confirm we’re a good fit, clarify what you’re seeking support with, and ensure this approach is appropriate and within scope. There’s no obligation — it’s simply an opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision. 

If you choose to proceed, we move into an initial consultation where we define priorities and clarify what success looks like for you. You’ll also receive a complimentary relaxation recording to help familiarise your mind with the process ahead of your RTT session. 

Support is delivered in focused monthly blocks rather than isolated sessions. Each month includes an initial consultation, a dedicated RTT session, guided integration through your personalised recording, structured check-ins, and a review consultation. In ongoing work, the review and preparation for the next phase are combined to maintain clarity and momentum. 

Some clients come with one clear issue. Others arrive with several areas they’d like to address. Together, we identify the priority and focus accordingly. As progress unfolds, many choose to continue into additional areas. 

While the tools are tailored to you, the method remains consistent. We track progress together to ensure change translates beyond insight — into lasting shifts in how you think, respond, and live.

The Process

Every individual is unique, and so is every session.

Your RTT session is relaxing and empowering, and you remain in full control throughout.

I simply guide your mind to shift the beliefs that no longer serve you.

What the process looks like:

  • We begin with a focused conversation to understand what’s brought you here, how it shows up in your day-to-day life, and what you’d like to be different. We explore what the issue is costing you now, and what life would look like without it. 

    This consultation is about clarity — identifying priorities, defining what success looks like, and establishing a clear baseline so progress can be meaningfully reviewed as the work unfolds. 

    You’ll also receive a complimentary relaxation recording at this stage, helping your mind become familiar with the process and feel more at ease ahead of the RTT session. 

  • The RTT session is a guided, collaborative experience designed to uncover what’s driving the issue you’re working on and update how your mind responds. Sessions are held either in person in Upper Hutt or online. 

    You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and we work together in a focused way to address one issue at a time so the process stays clear and effective. Many people are surprised by how natural the experience feels, particularly once they realise they’re not “going under” or losing control.

    What is RTT?

  • After the session, you’ll listen to your personalised transformational recording for the following 21 days. This is a key part of the work. The mind learns through repetition, and listening to the recording supports the creation of new neural pathways — reinforcing the updated way your mind now responds. 

    This integration phase contributes significantly to the overall results, helping the change become familiar, stable, and sustainable. 

    During this time, I check in with you to track progress and answer any questions. At the end of the 21 days, we meet again to review what’s worked well, identify any areas that still need attention, and decide on the best way forward.
