What To Expect

Your sessions are tailored especially for you, based on your anxiety. On average 1-3 sessions are required to address one area of concern however RTT often brings significant changes to anxiety symptoms after just one session. Your RTT session is like a guided daydream, and you will be completely relaxed. You always remain in control and aware of your surroundings as I guide your mind to reprogramme the old beliefs and behaviours, replacing them with ones that serve your goals.

  1. An initial consultation to get to know each other and discuss how RTT can help you to achieve your goals

  2. We meet for our first session which lasts 60-90 minutes (sometimes that is all that is needed)

  3. You will receive a post-session transformational recording after each RTT becomes your tool to train your mind and provide the new rules to lasting freedom.

  4. Together we celebrate the long-term life changing successful journey and the new you.

Practical tip

I know how debilitating fear and anxiety can be. Here is a short but powerful exercise to tell your body it’s safe right now in this moment.

Tune into your surroundings and identify two things from each of your five senses. What can you smell, hear, taste, feel and see?

This exercise brings you back to the present moment, reminding your body that you are safe. Your body responds to the words and the pictures you give it by calming down. You get to choose.
