The Process

Every individual is unique, and so is every session.

Your RTT session is relaxing and empowering, and you remain in full control throughout.

I simply guide your mind to shift the beliefs that no longer serve you.

  • First, get in touch with me about the issue you’d like some help with.  We’ll have an initial discussion so I can gain a better understanding of what you’re wanting help with. I give you a complimentary relaxation tape to listen to one week prior to our first session so you’ll know what to expect and can prepare.

  • Our first session lasts for about 60-90 minutes and is usually performed at my home here in Upper Hutt but can also be done remotely via Zoom. I ask you to look at your eyebrows and count back from 10; this puts your mind in a REM state and allows me to tap into your subconscious.

    We then get to work on what you’re wanting to focus on – we only focus on one issue per session so your mind doesn’t get confused.

    At the end of the session, we do the transformation. This is where you create a vision of what you want your life to look like without your current obstacles. 

  • You take home your transformational recording and listen to this for 21 days after the initial session. You can listen to this every day while you’re awake or when you are falling asleep.

    I’ll check in on you on day one to see how you’re doing and whether you have any follow-up questions

    We catch up on a weekly basis on weeks one and two for 5-10 minutes to check in on your progress.

    At the 21-day mark, we meet either in person or online to see how you’re feeling, what progress you’ve made, and whether any additional sessions are required.
